TotalGrip Core Chuck with big lugs for better gripping

The TotalGrip Core Chuck allows the reuse of reels 5/6 times, thanks to the big contact surface of the lugs. Other advantages of this chuck:

Can be tailor made to your particular requirements, from 3 to 16.

The gripping force is applied from the beginning on the core and it is constant during the work. You can use it for winding or unwinding applications.

Very low maintenance required. There are no internal parts that can collapse due to dust.

The core is easier to remove (reducing changing times) because the design of the lug and the internal components ensures that the lug is recessed when not in use.

The Totalgrip lugs with his big contact surface, do not damages the internal part of the core, so you can reuse the reels as many times as you need.

Flanges can be adapted to any roll-stand.
